Returns

VAT will not added to any of the prices quoted.

We will accept returns on unused products only if returned within 14 days. Please return items with labels intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed. A refund will be applied only after goods have been received by us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs on the return and the shipping costs for sending the items out are non-refundable.

A full refund or exchange will be made for faulty goods.

Postage & packaging costs

We will normally send your order straight away and will notify you if we are unable to send your order within 5 working days of receipt of order. Postage is charged by weight based on Royal Mail 1st class post. There is a 75p postage and packing charge on each order.
