Returns

We will accept returns on unused products only if returned within 14 days. Please return items with labels intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed. A refund will be applied only after goods have been received by us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs on the return and the shipping costs for sending the items out are non-refundable.

A full refund or exchange will be made for faulty goods.

Postage & packaging costs

To reduce the enviromental and economical impact we dispatch orders twice a week, so please take this into account when ordering. If the item is urgent or you have a particular date you would like it sent by, please add a note to the order and email us on the Contact Us page. We will notify you if we are unable to send your order within 5 working days of receipt of order. Postage is charged by weight based on Royal Mail 1st class post. There is a 80p postage and packing charge on each order.
